Our Information Technology Services

E-Mail Solutions

Our technical consultants are certified by Microsoft on Exchange Server 5.5, Exchange 2000 – Exchange Server 2019. We can show you how you can combine e-mail accounts from several sources and combine them all into one easy to use Inbox.

Exchange Server

Exchange Server is much more than simply an e-mail solution for your business. Exchange Server provides the foundation for worker collaboration by making available important groupware tools such as group calendaring, unified shared contacts lists/task lists.

Hardware

InfoTech Services Group, Inc. is a technology consulting firm, not an equipment reseller. However, we play a major role in recommending the best and most appropriate hardware and software for your specific requirements and circumstances.

Internet Security

Computer security has come to the forefront as the number one concern for government, private industry, and individuals alike. We’ve seen an exponential increase in the amount of worms, viruses, junk e-mail, hostile web sites, adware, and spyware components that have been able to infiltrate many computer systems.

Off-Site Backup

Imagine someone in your office accidentally downloads a virus which quickly spreads to other computers on the network. Before anyone can stop it, many important files are now gone and since your hard drives are backed up at the end of the day all of the day’s work has vanished.

Remote Office Access

Without a doubt, a mobile workforce has become an important part of the business landscape and will continue to expand. But remote access to your key programs and data, such as e-mail and financial applications, must be secure or you run the risk of data loss, data theft, and even identity theft.

Spam Solutions

The volume of unsolicited commercial e-mail (UCE), or spam, has become more than just an annoyance—it is a costly problem for businesses. It is costly both in terms of people’s time to sift through unwanted, useless messages and in terms of network bandwidth and e-mail servers’ storage space.

SQL Server

SQL stands for Structured Query Language. A SQL database server is a computer that hosts one or more “industrial strength” databases which are used when a company works with large amounts of data (hundreds of megabytes, gigabytes, or terabytes) and/or a company that requires several users (ten or more) access the data simultaneously.

Virus / Worm / Spyware Solutions

Computer viruses, worms, spyware, and adware (malware) can claim top billing along with spam as the worst technological scourges of the 21st century. These vermin have proliferated to the point where you can no longer afford to leave any computer defenseless against these threats.

Email Solutions

Our technical consultants are certified by Microsoft on Exchange Server 2, Exchange 2000 Server, and Exchange Server 2003, Exchange Server 2010, Exchange Server 2011, and the current version of Exchange Server 2019. We can show you how you can combine e-mail accounts from several sources into one easy to use Inbox. Let us demonstrate the advantages of using web mail allowing you to check your messages from virtually anywhere in the world. We can also provide you with incoming faxes via e-mail for better efficiency, and improved organization and productivity. Like all computer-related activities, e-mail should work for you to make your life easier, not against you by causing endless hours of downtime and frustration. Our Managed IT Services program includes Email security and management. Microsoft Windows Server 2019 Essentials is designed for small businesses with up to 25 users and 50 devices. Server Essentials can also be used as the primary server in a multi-server environment for small businesses.

Microsoft Exchange Server Solutions

Exchange Server is much more than simply an e-mail solution for your business. Exchange Server provides the foundation for worker collaboration by making available important groupware tools such as group calendaring, unified shared contacts lists, departmental and company-wide bulletin boards, and shared task lists. These Exchange Server applications are available via Microsoft Outlook or via a web browser such as Microsoft Edge over a company intranet or over the public Internet. Exchange Server also supports two-way synchronization between mobile computers (laptops and notebooks) and Exchange Server, as well as two-way synchronization between personal digital assistants (PDAs) or smartphones and Exchange Server. Exchange Server lets you take your data with you and re-synchronize it when you get back to the office. One of the key features of Exchange Server 2019 is that Exchange Server can be deployed onto Windows Server Core. Features of Exchange Server include: Meta Cache Database (MCDB), Dynamic Database Cache (DDC), Search index, Windows Server Core, Calendar extensions, and E-Mail Address Internationalization (EAI), plus improved security and performance enhancements. We can also include Microsoft Exchange Server in our Managed IT services program.

Hardware

InfoTech Services Group, Inc. is an information technology consulting firm, not an equipment reseller. However, we play a major role in recommending the best and most appropriate hardware and software for your specific requirements and circumstances. We have extensive experience in working with all of the major hardware manufacturers which gives us the expertise to analyze each company’s needs and make the best recommendations. Some of the major vendors that we work with include Dell, HP, IBM, Intuit, Linksys, NetGear, Cisco, Sonicwall, Sony, Toshiba, Logitech, Microsoft, Symantec, VMWare, and Veritas, among many others.

Internet Security

Computer security has come to the forefront as the number one concern for government, private industry, and individuals alike. With the increasing popularity of the Internet as an inexpensive, yet very fast medium for communications, we’ve seen an exponential increase in the amount of worms, viruses, junk e-mail, hostile web sites, adware, and spyware components that have been able to infiltrate many computer systems. A single approach to computer security is not sufficient. Today, you need a multi-layered, multi-faceted system of defenses to provide a comprehensive zone of protection for your computer systems and their data. Our comprehensive solution involves a combination of hardware, firewall, anti-virus protection, anti-spyware protection, virtual private networks using strong encryption, strong passwords, rotating off-site backups, and continuous updates. We also monitor the Internet constantly for the latest security alerts and the availability of new critical updates so that we can implement them as soon as possible for our clients.

Online Backup

Imagine someone in your office accidentally downloads a virus which quickly spreads to other computers on the network. Before anyone can stop it, many important files are now gone and since your hard drives are backed up at the end of the day all of the day’s work has vanished.

Backups of your data are vital. Online backups can be even more critical. When unfortunate and untimely events occur, online backups become invaluable. Data loss due to fire, theft, flood, earthquake, or other natural disasters can often not be recovered successfully from local on-site backup media.

Benefits of Backups
  • Backups are done automatically every minute.
  • Your data is secure with encryption used by financial institutions.
  • View multiple versions of your files.
  • Affordable pricing perfect for storing large amounts of data.
  • No storage devices to configure or extra media to buy.

Backup Features

100% Satisfaction Guarantee
Not only do you get your first 30 days free, you also can get your monthly service fee refunded if you are not completely satisfied.

Automatic
Our software monitors your files every minute for changes and backs them up while you work automatically. It even works when you are working on open files.

Network Drive Support
Simplify backups by using shared volumes on a server for your workgroup or network. This allows use of multiple operating systems and reduces administrative tasks.

Security
Your files are secure with AES 256-bit encryption used by major financial institutions and government agencies.

Live Customer Support
If you need help or have a problem you can give us a call or email us so we can resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Redundancy
Let us give you piece-of-mind by supplementing your regular on-premises data backup routine with Continuous Offsite Protected Storage (COPS). InfoTech COPS immediately backups up each and every change to all identified data files on your network. It even backs up Exchange Server, SQL Server, and Active Directory.

Supported Applications

With seemless support for many common programs, you won’t need to install additional plug-ins or mess with tricky configurations because the software works with many common business applications. Below is a list of some of the applications that are supported out of the box:

  • MS SQL Server
  • MySQL
  • Sybase
  • FileMaker
  • Dbase
  • Access
  • MS Office
  • Outlook and Outlook Express
  • Quickbooks
  • PeachTree
  • ACT!
  • And more!

Remote Access Solutions

A mobile workforce has become an important part of the business landscape in today’s business climate. However, remote access to your key programs and data, such as e-mail and financial applications, must be secure or you run the risk of data loss, data theft, and even identity theft. Even beyond data loss and stolen data is the legal liability that a company faces if customer information becomes compromised—such a scenario can quickly become both a legal and a public relations nightmare. We implement extremely secure remote access solutions that are designed to only allow authorized access to data while it protects your critical information from unscrupulous individuals. We achieve this goal by installing firewall and VPN (Virtual Private Network) hardware and software products that safeguard your company’s computer workstations, servers, and backup devices and media. We often use products from Sonicwall, Inc. whose systems are reasonably priced, easy to use, and easy to maintain while providing a very high degree of security.

Spam Filtering From Securence – FREE 30-DAY TRIAL

$2.00 per email account. Only works if you have your own domain name (e.g. callinfotech.com)

What sets Securence anti spam services apart from the competition? The signature profile matching technology. In other words, Securence deploys a DNA matching of sorts. It is extremely adaptive to the ever-changing spam message environment, capturing all non-text image files and other obfuscation techniques. A sophisticated network of spam traps along with other ID layers typically block 98% of all inbound spam with zero false positives produced. Securence typically strips out 88% of our customers’ total in-bound email right off the top. The remaining 12% is clean and virus-free. These overall results place Securence anti spam software among the top performing, enterprise-level anti spam solutions in the world. While many of competitors claim to have the best overall results, Securence can prove it. Give it a try. No long-term contracts and satisfaction is guaranteed.

SQL Server And SQL Databases

SQL stands for Structured Query Language. A SQL database server is a computer that hosts one or more “enterprise edition” databases which are used when a company works with large amounts of data (hundreds of megabytes, gigabytes, terabytes, or petabytes) and/or a company that requires several users (ten or more) access the data simultaneously. Fast performance and reliable accessibility to SQL data are the number one reasons why companies choose to store their mission critical information on an SQL Server database. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems typically require a SQL server to store their data. An airline reservation system is another example of an application that would require a SQL server database to store and disseminate information. Microsoft publishes Microsoft SQL Server 2000 through Microsoft SQL Server 2019 to address these needs. Microsoft’s Small Business Server 2003 Premium Edition inlcudes SQL Server 2000 as part of the package that includes Windows Server 2003 and Exchange Server 2003, but is limited to no more than 75 users.  The latest version of Windows Small Business Server (SBS) (formerly Microsoft Small Business Server) does not include an SQL Server database.  We can provide you with advice on the best SQL Server solution for your company and help keep setup costs to a minimum.

Virus/Worm/Spyware Solutions

Computer viruses, worms, spyware, and adware (malware) can claim top billing along with spam as the worst technological scourges of the 21st century. These vermin have proliferated to the point where you can no longer afford to leave any computer defenseless against these threats. We employ products such as the Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition, Symantec Mail Security, PestPatrol, Spy Sweeper, and Spy Sweeper Enterprise to ward off these outside threats. We must be vigilant against the ever-increasing number of software attacks that are being levied against our computer systems. By patching security holes as they are discovered and by updating our operating systems and security software, we can take the necessary steps to avoid having our computers infiltrated by malware.
